Warrawong Town Centre is set to become a significant cultural destination, designed to meet the diverse needs of the community. Its strategic location, varied retail offerings, and distinct character provide an opportunity to create spaces that serve the daily needs of local residents, while providing much-needed economic variety uplift to the area.

The proposal aims to act as a catalyst for the development of Warrawong Town Centre by increasing housing supply, strengthening the commercial core, and offering generous public amenity. To ensure the continuous trade of major tenants and minimise disruption for the town centre and other site uses, the project has been conceived across multiple stages, allowing businesses to remain operational throughout the development process.
Warrawong Town Centre Masterplan
Warrawong’s commercial core is strengthened while introducing generous public spaces, improved pedestrian connections and new housing above an activated town centre.
The renewed town centre introduces a finer-grain pedestrian experience, generous planting and active frontages to create a more dynamic place for residents, workers and visitors.Furthermore, the design will enhance site porosity and activation by incorporating ample public spaces that facilitate community interaction. This approach will maintain and expand commercial tenancies, fostering a more dynamic environment for residents and visitors. Improved connectivity to existing infrastructure will further support the integration of Warrawong Town Centre as a vital community hub.
